Request for Pet Clinic Form

Project Street Vet partners with organizations serving people experiencing homelessness to host free pet clinic events at their sites. Clinics are typically scheduled for four hours and can service on average 50 pets during this timeframe, however this varies pending needs. During clinics, volunteer veterinary teams provide vaccines, supplies, and minor care, while establishing relationships with pet parents for follow-ups. We cannot perform diagnostics, such as x-rays or bloodwork, or spay-neuter services on-site. However, we may be able to coordinate other groups to provide spay-neuter services on occasion pending needs. If your organization is interested in hosting Project Street Vet at your location to provide free veterinary care to pet owners experiencing homelessness and/or housing vulnerability, please fill out the form below and our team will be in touch shortly. In the meantime, please review our list of other resources for pet families experiencing homelessness.
