Our team lead volunteer helping to make the New York City Team a success has been Valerie Baker. Valerie has a long history with animal behavior and training, and was incredibly touched by the work at Project Street Vet after finding the organization on social media. Valerie has been immensely helpful in organizing local clinic events and networking across NYC to identify where PSV services might be needed. She finds it inspirational that the small acts of kindness the PSV team provides go such a long way with pet families. “Working with pet families through PSV inspires me. Seeing their optimism and unwavering love for their pets who they consider family is the perfect way to remember how we truly can make a difference in the world.” Valerie helps organize Team NYC with our amazing volunteer veterinarians Dr. John Sangiorgio, Dr. Louana Chueng, and Dr. Zareen Mistry.
